Role Overview: We are seeking our first Community Sales Lead who lives and breathes go-to-market strategies and technology. With a top 1% mindset, you are ready to do whatever it takes to be the best. You will live and breathe understanding life through the eyes of our customers. You will push yourself to learn as much as you can every day to ensure every interaction you have with the market is a memorable one, for them as much as us. It’s our duty not just to learn from them, but to also shed light on things they didn’t know they needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture trust within the market by empathetically understanding the perspectives of others and demonstrating genuine care and commitment to their needs.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure we’re having more conversations and building more context about the market than anyone else. Use this context to recruit new members that we can genuinely help.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with key market players.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Represent GTM Connected at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a passion for go-to-market strategies and technology, or the ability to demonstrate the habits and characteristics that prove potential capability for success.
- A conversationalist with a genuine passion for speaking to people and a desire to be known by the questions you ask, more so than the answers you give.
- A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to be coached by the world’s most successful sales leaders.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and other GTM technologies.
