Like all of the analysts in our Sales Operations service, I'm passionate about helping revenue and sales operations leaders develop themselves and their teams to elevate the function as a true strategic partner to the business. I help clients assess current capabilities, identify gaps and opportunities to improve the function and solve key challenges both they and the wider organisation face. This includes functional design and development, planning, reporting and analytics, technology, process and compensation (amongst others). I'm particularly focused on the future direction of these functions and specifically how sales, marketing and customer operations should align to optimize the revenue engine and deliver sustained growth.
