My background is in Digital Transformation – identifying and removing operational roadblocks, aiding corporate growth, and increasing profitability. I have had the pleasure of initiating business process change in several companies, taking them from inception, through consultative phases, and ultimately driving delivery. It has required patience and positivity, but above all the ability to establish a rapport with customers, staff, third-party stakeholders, and the management team. When organizations change, I try not to forget that people need to change with them.
