Tamara McMillen Joins Quotacom’s Empowering Women in Tech Panel at Flagship Event: Accelerating Your Career in Data and AI

Quotacom is delighted to announce that CRO Connected board-level advisor, Tamara McMillen took part in a diversity panel with CRO Connected partner, John Taylor (CEO and Founder of Quotacom) at Quotacom’s flagship event “Accelerating your Career in Data and AI: Advancing your Career in Tech” which took place at the Microsoft Reactor space in East London on 20th April.

The event was set up in collaboration with Quotacom’s diversity partners Women in AI and Women in Data and the goal of the event was to inspire and provide practical takeaways on advancing women’s careers in tech, and we’re thrilled with the positive feedback we’ve received from all those who attended who were inspired by the insights and experiences shared by the panellists and speakers.

One of the highlights was a panel on “Empowering Women in Tech: Navigating and Advancing Careers” which was all about bringing together female leaders to share their career journey so far, the challenges they have overcome and what advice they would give to women looking to accelerate their careers in the tech sphere. Tamara was joined on this panel by Melanie Moeller, who is the Technology Innovation Leader at Sky Labs and founder of the Sky Metaverse Network. The discussion was facilitated by John Taylor, CEO and Founder of Quotacom and Jason Cole, Business Consulting Director at Quotacom.

Tamara was an incredible addition to the panel and brought her unique perspective and experience to the panel, sharing her journey to becoming a senior female leader and offering advice on how women can accelerate their careers. She emphasized the importance of women supporting and advocating for each other in the workplace, and highlighted the challenges she had faced and overcome on her own career journey.
